Currently being updated!

Hi Dr.Debbie,
Thanks for putting up the kinesiotaping videos. I’ve got patellarfemoral and have been doing the strengthening exercises for a year. When I need extra support I’ve been doing the O’Connell taping with Leukotape. I watched your video 6 times and then taped my knee. It feels really good, the only problem is that the tails of the bottom piece of tape peal off. I’ve retaped the bottom three times, and now am realizing that the kinesiotape doesn’t stick well on another piece of tape. Now I’m putting the bottom Y ends outside the Y ends from the longer tpp tape so that they have some skin to adhere to and hope that will do the trick.
Thanks again,
Karen
